SvetoPulp Chemi-thermomechanical Pulp
Chemi-thermomechanical pulp (CTMP) is a high-yield pulp, virgin fiber produced by grinding wood chips in refiners (mills).
CTMP is widely used worldwide in various types of paper and board, allowing to reduce costs and improve quality characteristics of the final product.
SvetoPulp CTMP is produced at Svetogorsk PPM using pure hardwood (aspen) with brightness level from 50 to 85%.
CTMP grade should be selected based on the end product requirements.
Fields of Application
Office paper, offset paper and special types of paper such as filter paper and wallpaper
Packing board (middle layers and top bleached layer) and liner board
Napkins and paper towels
Goods manufactured using pulp (fiber cement, asphalt-concrete mixes, laminate) and without pulp (sound and thermal insulation materials, MDF)
